Terms & Conditions – EasyBuy Club
- Any member/customer can enroll in EasyBuy Club program who is shopping at EasyBuy stores and agrees with the Terms and Conditions.
- All members are advised to read these “Terms and Conditions” before giving their consent for Enrolment. Enrolment in EasyBuy CLUB shall imply that the Member has duly read and agreed to adhere to and be bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
- To enrol into the EasyBuy Club, customer must request/agree to pay Rs.499 for Paid program at POS/Cash Counter to bill EasyBuy Club membership. But for Free program the customer will be eligible only after making the billing of Rs.1999 and above.
- EasyBuy Club membership is not valid across EasyBuy stores located in SPAR hypermarket outlets.
- EasyBuy Club is a mobile number-based program, and the mobile number will be the sole identifier for the Member to avail benefits.
- The Club Membership is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another mobile number or exchanged for cash or any other consideration.
- EasyBuy Club is presently applicable only at EasyBuy select stores.
- Program benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.
- To leverage the EasyBuy Club program benefits, customer must share his/her Name, Mobile number, Date of Birth and one more special event date which they must share it over link which they will receive after billing through digital mode.
- Offers or codes once expired cannot be reissued, reactivated, or replaced under any circumstances.
- By the 28th of every month, birthday coupons will be sent to all customers whose birthday falls in the next month. For example, if a customer enrols into EasyBuy CLUB between the 28th and the end of the month and their birthday is in the following month, they will receive the coupon after 11 months. Similarly, if a customer’s birthday falls in the same month as their Club enrolment, they will receive the birthday coupon after 11 months.
- Customers can retrieve their coupons through a WhatsApp chatbot if they fail to receive a printed copy or E-Invoice.
- All the EasyBuy Club offer codes are for one time use only. Can’t be redeemed multiple times.
- No two offer codes can be redeemed on the same bill.

- EasyBuy Club terms and conditions will be governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes relating to EasyBuy Club program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.
